charging network in the UK

Since being founded in 2008, we have worked with over 30 local authorities to rollout over 8,000 charge points across the UK. By delivering convenient on-street residential charging to the 8.8 million homes in the UK unable to charge their car at home, we believe we can make a real difference in the UK’s transition to EV. 

In Germany, France and the Netherlands, EV drivers are also able to charge at a growing number of ubitricity-opdated charge points. In total, we operate more than 10,000 public charging points.

Our company locations

Since its founding in 2008, ubitricity has been based in Berlin. In 2018, the company opened its second location in London.

Berlin (Headquarters)

On the EUREF campus, a climate-neutral future location in Berlin Schöneberg, 90 colleagues are working on the mobility of the future.

The ubitricity office in London is located in Hampstead Heath, London, UK.

London

Located in North London, the office is home to around 30 colleagues who work closely with local partners to manage the UK’s largest charging network.

Amsterdam

Following ubitricity’s successful market entry in the Netherlands, our colleagues in Amsterdam are driving forward the expansion of the Dutch charging infrastructure.

Paris

Since 2022, the French ubitricity team has been working to expand the public charging infrastructure in France.
